  • Account Information: Name, email address, and ACAA Angler ID.
  • Catch Documentation: Metadata and images submitted via the in-app camera for tournament validation.
  • Location Data: Optional GPS coordinates for mapping features and catch verification.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

  1. To verify tournament entries and maintain accurate global rankings.
  2. To provide localized water intelligence and safety alerts based on your region.
  3. To enable community interactions, marketplace features, and social sharing within the app.
  4. To communicate updates, security alerts, and support messages.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with service providers who assist in app operations, or when required by law to comply with legal obligations.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

6. YOUR RIGHTS

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your information through the app settings or by emailing spradley8454@gmail.com. ACAA retains information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain official tournament records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Use the in-app Delete Account option or email us to request account deletion; we will delete or de-identify associated information unless retention is legally permitted or required. You may change camera, photo, microphone, location, and notification permissions in iOS Settings. ACAA accounts are intended for users age 16 or older; youth participation must be managed by a parent or legal guardian.
